We Follow Jesus Christ

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I believe in Christ. I believe he lives. I believe he knows each of us so very personally and cares so deeply. I believe in Christ, do I follow Him? How often do we exam ourselves and ask if we are trying each day to follow in His footsteps? The 13th article of faith is one I have memorized and to me it describes our how our Savior lived.

"We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous and in doing good to all men. Indeed we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul; We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things and we hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely or of good report or praiseworthy we seek after these things."

“[Jesus Christ] is the center of all that we do, all that we hope to be,” Elder M. Russell Ballard of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles says. “All of our dreams and future aspirations are centered in our belief in Jesus Christ and our willingness to know what His teachings are and to strive to keep His commandments.”
